REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At SSE Digital Pulse, we provide digital services including website development, digital marketing, ecommerce setup, and online business support. Due to the nature of digital services, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows.
- Service Payments
All service payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Once a project or service has started, the payment is considered confirmation of the service order.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, payments once made are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations where the service has not yet started. Once work has begun, refunds will not be applicable.
- Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of services before the project work begins. If cancellation is requested after the service has started, charges may apply based on the work already completed.
- Advertising Costs
Any advertising costs such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other paid promotions are not included in service charges unless mentioned. These costs are paid directly by the client and are non-refundable.
- Third Party Services
Some services may involve third party platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Google, Facebook, or other marketplaces. SSE Digital Pulse is not responsible for changes, suspensions, or issues caused by these platforms.
- Project Delays
Delays caused by incomplete information, lack of communication, or missing documents from the client may affect project timelines. SSE Digital Pulse will not be responsible for such delays.
